Important Schools Partnership Documents and Links
Find blank copies of all key partnership documents, as well as models of completed documentation and other helpful partnership links here! Be sure to review documentation carefully; we’ve made some exciting changes based on school feedback.
SY23/24 Partner Schools Program Overview–Get a big picture view of how the three stages of school partnership scaffold school progress in creating a school-wide culture of the arts.
SY23/24 Stage Guides–Coaches can track their progress towards completion of all Stage requirements using the following updated Stage Guides: Stage 1 Guide / Stage 2 Guide / Stage 3 Guide
Thinkific Login–Coaches can login to their Thinkific account to document their school’s partnership progress and access the new Arts Every Day SY23/24 Partner Schools Community page that will serve as a collaborative space for partner schools across the district. Coaches and teachers from Partner Schools can also login to Thinkific to access a variety of asynchronous video professional developments that help integrate the arts into BCPSS core curriculum.
Arts Every Day Teacher Events Calendar–Check this calendar for important dates in your school’s partnership timeline as well as dates for AED-hosted PDs and networking events!
AU Guidelines for Coaches / AU Guidelines for Colleagues–Check out these one pagers to learn more about how coaches and teachers at Partner Schools can earn AUs.
This document shows all AED PD offerings in one place, including synchronous offerings from our Events Calendar and asynchronous offerings from Thinkific.

This document shows step by step how to request to book programs through your school’s account in the Directory. Please note that our Directory was updated early October 2023, and some steps have changed. You will now view and approve all invoices through your account.
