The Arts Directory aims to advance Arts Every Day’s goal of increasing equity of access to the arts across Baltimore City Public Schools through two main approaches: by cultivating partnerships with schools directly and by providing engaging and relevant professional development on arts integration.
Join Our Arts Directory
Arts Every Day is always looking to expand the variety of offerings available to schools throughout Baltimore City! Providers listed in our arts directory offer school day arts, cultural and/or arts integration experiences. These experiences can occur in spaces and institutions across the city or in schools.
Become an Arts Partner and Join Our Arts Directory
1–Through our Directory, we connect Baltimore City Public Schools with Arts and Cultural Partners that provide school-day student programs, including assemblies, workshops, residencies, field trips, and more. We offer grant programs, such as our Arts Experience Fund, to support schools across the city in funding these experiences.
***Note: The Directory does not include after-school programs, such as clubs, or long-term contractual programming intended to replace instruction provided by certified fine arts teachers.
2–Through our annual calendar of teacher professional development opportunities, we connect City Schools educators with quality arts and arts integrated professional development that empowers educators across disciplines to support students in learning in and through the arts.
Arts Every Day does not provide training for individuals and artists looking to become teaching artists. If you are interested in learning more about becoming a teaching artist, we highly recommend connecting with Teaching Artists of the Mid Atlantic.
Arts Every Day believes in supporting Baltimore’s local creative economy and encourages partnerships with local artists and organizations that bring unique expereinces to students. While we do work with partners from outside of this region, please know that transportation costs could pose accessibility challenges.
