The Nu World Art Ensemble shares the stories and rich cultural contributions of Africans and African Americans through song, dance, and theatre, conveying terrible struggles and powerful triumphs throughout history. With the goal of inspiring ethnic pride, Nu World educates and entertains while giving students the opportunity for a hands-on, interactive experience with the production. Students gain positive cultural awareness from this unforgettable arts performance.

$1,215 for a single performance; $1,640 for back to back performances (2 performances at the same venue occurring within 30 minutes of one another)
Discount for Title 1 Stipend schools:
Access for All Grant Program covers up to 80% of the total cost including travel. Maryland State Arts Council Visiting Performers Grant can cover up to 1/3 of the cost for all assembly programs.
