Funding Support Opportunities
Arts Every Day offers three funding opportunities to support Baltimore City Public Schools in booking programs from our Arts Directory. Click the links below to learn more about each of these programs:
- Arts Experience Fund grant: This grant allows all BCPSS schools to apply for up to $2,500 in funding for school day arts experiences booked through the Arts Directory.
- Arts Integration Educator Partnership: In addition to providing funding for student arts experiences, this Educator Partnership provides participating educators the opportunity to connect with a virtual PLC cohort of other BCPSS educators to grow their capacity as arts integration practitioners.
- Arts Integration School Partnership: In addition to providing enrollment-based funding for student arts experiences, this School Partnership provides schools with direct planning support in setting and achieving school-wide arts integration goals.
In addition to these opportunities, Arts Every Day also offers one funding opportunity to support the purchase of up to $5,000 in arts equipment. Click here to learn more about our Arts Equipment Fund.

Resources for Arts + Culture Partners
Prospective Partners
If you are interested in joining our Arts Directory, please fill out our Partner Interest form located on the “Arts Directory” page of this site. After receiving your interest form, AED will follow up with you to set up a brief zoom meeting to discuss compatibility. Please note that all Partners in the Arts Directory must agree to comply with BCPSS district fingerprinting and background check requirements, as outlined in our Arts and Cultural Partner Compliance Form.
Current Partners
Arts Every Day loves opportunities to amplify and support the work of Arts and Cultural Partners! Please check out the options below for how to share your work with Arts Every Day:
- Current Partners actively listed in the Arts Directory are welcome to submit a Partner Spotlight Request Form. Upon receiving your request, we will put together a blog and social media post highlighting your work to share on our website and socials.
- Please feel free to email sam@artseveryday.org with any opportunities from you/your organization of interest to PK-12 educators in Baltimore City; we regularly email our teacher partners and try to always include a section for “Opportunities from Arts and Cultural Partners.”
- Tag us in social media posts (@arts_every_day on IG)! We are happy to reshare programs and opportunities of interest to PK-12 educators in Baltimore City.
Arts Every Day continues to reflect on how we can best be a thoughtful and supportive partner to artists and organizations.
