Program / Event Details

During this media arts enrichment, our youth media makers will produce a short documentary film as a group self-reflecting on their experience of learning about American slavery from a mathematical and statistical perspective. They will learn to capture footage throughout the process using their smartphones. They will develop scriptwriting and interviewing skills, skills communicating in front of the camera and behind-the-camera technical skills by working hands-on with the camera equipment.
