Digital Media Arts Residency – Root Branch Film

During this residency, our youth media-makers will produce a short documentary film as a class on a topic of their choice. They will learn the process of pre-production planning, filming production, and post-production editing. They will learn creative concept development, script-writing and interviewing skills. They will also develop behind-the-camera technical skills by working hands-on with the camera equipment and performing various roles of a film production crew. All camera equipment and lessons provided by Root Branch.
