Biology of Sight/Optical Illusions and Why they Work
$200.00

This hands-on workshop explains why optical illusions work. Elementary School students, focus on perspective and how our brain interprets the data our eye takes in. They will recieve instruction on how to draw a simple (and potentiall more compex depending on ability) opticlal illusion. Middle and High School students will learn about the parts of the body that are involved in sight and how they work together. They will then choose an unusual perspective of something and attempt to draw it. HIgh School Science standard HS-LS1-2 is addressed. **Art instruction may be carried out by an instructor joining the class over Zoom.
