This program allows schools to book an “Artist Talk” with a local artist using a portion of their Arts Every Day grant funding. The “Artist Talk” format is intended to be a brief presentation by an artist about their work, inspiration, etc.

Schools can complete this booking request form then reach out directly to artists to work out details and specific logistics, including: date and time of visit and artist fees for visit. Artists must create an invoice to be paid by Arts Every Day reflecting all fees and costs associated with the visit.

This program does not intend to include workshops, residencies, etc. If a school wishes to book a workshop or residency with an artist, please reach out to AED’s Arts Integration Schools Manager at sam@artseveryday.org for help in connecting an artist with our Directory.
