African Dance

Students in will learn how to increase their focus through movement and learning limited choreography. With African Dance, students will also be provided a great dive into a fun cultural journey.
They will engage in co-operative dance through partner and group movement. Each class will go over specific stretches and skills. The students will set the pace for this hands-on activity presented in the workshops and provided as a take away on a hand out for refreshers and reference as needed.
