Prakriti Dance presents a collection of stories that explore the essence of nature alongside enduring moral values and life lessons. Rooted in the rich Indian Classical Dance tradition of Kuchipudi, this performance brings each narrative to life through expressive storytelling, with intricate hand gestures (mudras), nuanced facial expressions (abhinaya), and dialogue. The stories reflect themes such as compassion, integrity, harmony with nature, and the choices that shape human life. May be scheduled as solo (one dancer) or duo (two dancers) program. Also available as a workshop or residency theme. (Available for scheduling throughout the school year; start times may be tailored to the school schedule)
