Poetry Slam League
This initiative partners with schools and community based sites to facilitate dynamic poetry clubs. Poetry is used as a tool to create safe spaces, develop critical thinking and listening skills and improve public speaking, storytelling and a passion for writing. School and community-based poetry clubs are established to focus on emotional, social, and cognitive development.
Residencies
We can conduct a series of workshops to assist participants in achieving an aligned goal. Teaching artists can also integrate spoken word and creative writing strategies into school curriculums.
