Youth Poetry Festival

Every year DewMore Baltimore hosts a Youth Poetry Festival. Spanning over multiple days, youth are invited to participate in a series of workshops, performances, competitions and development towards their growth as artistic leaders in their communities. We appoint the Baltimore City Youth Poet Laureate, facilitate a day-long youth extravaganza and host a final showcase. Participants receive gifts and cash prizes with amazing networking opportunities while witnessing dozens of performances and instruction from critically acclaimed artists that we bring in from all around the country. This is the culminating experience of our poetry league and the biggest event of the year.
