These classes is an experimental space for exploring, expressing, and investigating movement through improvisation and imagination rather than following a strict choreograph routine. it encourages students to discover their own unique movement style, fostering, self -expression, creativity, and a deeper mind -body connection. This class can be adapted for all ages and abilities, and generally includes  dance elements and also learn choreography.
