Dance & Creative Movement Workshops or Residency 

Elementary School

• Movement, Feelings & Fun: Through joyful dance and creative movement games, young learners discover how to express big feelings, build body awareness, and practice teamwork. Students learn fun movement tools to regulate their energy, build confidence, and connect positively with their peers in a supportive environment.

Middle & High School

• Movement, Mindset & Expression: This workshop uses urban and contemporary movement to examine the link between physical expression, emotional health, and identity. Students explore stress-relief techniques, collaborative choreography, and self-regulation, using dance as an authentic outlet for personal voice and peer connection.
