Another program that Danceintime can offer is a “straight” dance class, teaching students the underlying rhythm of dance moves and some basic steps. This is great exercise and requires a blend of physical activity, and mind-body coordination. Understanding a movement and then doing it to a specific rhythm is fun but generally requires practice to do accurately. Dancing to music adds to the joy of the activity.
