Our Deep In My Bones workshop is a 2-3-hour reflection-based experience that explores contemporary and social dance movements, connecting people through shared experiences. This workshop encourages discussion, discovery, and personal connections through exploratory movement.

Facilitators Erica Rae Smith and Dr. Shatiea Blount leverages their combined expertise in choreography, team building, research, mental well-being, and personal storytelling to support participants in expressing their own narratives through dance and movement.
