As a master teaching artist and curriculum developer, Danyett Tucker has dedicated her professional career to creating culturally relevant arts integrated content and programming for multiple generations of learners. With a BA in Fine Art from Morgan State University, Danyett has worked collaboratively on countless interdisciplinary projects exploring innovative ways to create art for social change. She is a dedicated community artist and puppeteer that is passionate about the professional development of teaching artists and helping students use puppets and storytelling techniques to support mental health awareness, embrace strength through adversity, and to help build a more equitable and inclusive society for everyone.
