Your students will be inspired by this compelling dramatization of the life and times of one of the most influential and charismatic leaders of the Civil Rights movement. Experience Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s struggle and his dream of “lifting our nation from the quicksand of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood.”
*In order to be historically accurate and respectful to the playwright’s words representing the life of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., this play uses language that includes the “n-word”. We encourage all adults bringing students to this production to discuss this use of language prior to the performance.
