Mama Sallah – Channeling Positive Energy with Clay
$2,000.00

How can clay be used to communicate thoughts and feelings? What role does persistence play in revising, refining, and developing coil pottery? In this residency, students will explore these questions and more through the creation of personal coil pots. They will learn ceramic vocabulary, elements, and techniques and have opportunities to relax, release and express themselves.

Students will learn about and play with clay, as well as the techniques, materials, and tools used in claymaking. Through revising, refining and reflecting, each student will create a coil pot that communicates unique thoughts and feelings.

This event is no longer available to book.
