Marsha Goodman-Wood – Exploring Science through Song
$2,500.00

Using examples, students will explore song structure, rhyme, and meter via songs about science concepts. Examples will pair music and movement, and students will sing and dance as they become familiar with the song that will become the basis of their parody. Students will choose between a given set of options to pick a topic to write a song about. Students will create their own lyrics and rhymes, and will use science facts in their songs. Students will perform their original song for the class at the conclusion of the week.

This event is no longer available to book.
