Mindfulness Matters

In this session, participants will explore practical strategies and resources for incorporating mindfulness techniques into a variety of subject areas, including the arts, social and emotional learning (SEL), physical education, and foreign language instruction.
Through engaging activities, collaborative discussions, and hands-on exploration at interactive stations, participants will deepen their understanding of mindfulness and its benefits for both teachers and students. From breathing exercises to mindful movement, creative expression, and reflective practices, attendees will discover a wealth of tools to enhance their classrooms and foster a culture of presence, focus, and well-being.
