Journey In History Theater-Frederick Douglass: The Abolitionist
Enjoy a historical re-enactment of Frederick Douglass the African-American social reformer, abolitionist, and orator. This presentation focus on the key events in Douglass’ life that highlight the insurmountable challenges he faced as an enslaved African in Baltimore and on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Dr. Brian C. Morrison an educator and historian, has performed as Frederick Douglass for Baltimore City Public Schools, The Benjamin Banneker Historical Park & Museum and schools throughout Maryland.
