Jacob Lawrence Family Day

Enjoy family fun exploring the art prints of renowned storyteller painter Jacob Lawrence. Create a carpentry project with Little Builders and then make your own inspired Jacob Lawrence art involving printmaking and collage. Explore the art gallery with an interactive scavenger hunt and storytelling performances on Play by griot Dianne Macklin. See dance and theatrical interpretations on Lawrence’s works involving black heroes and community by Dance Baltimore and Theatre Morgan.
